KF&P Group

KF&P Group (Kamei Family and Partners) is a single family office, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Investment Vehicles located in Singapore and Micronesia(FSM).

We are a classical family office to maintain and grow the asset for future generations.

KF&P Group was formed 2016, to manage investments and businesses started by the family.

Family Background
The family started a Railroad Company in back in early 1910s in Kansai area, then Hospitals and Household goods company.

  • Taka Kamei

    Founder

    Taka was serving Dentsu Inc, as head of alternative business. Graduated Tokyo University.

  • Fujio Mimoimi

    Board Member

    Fujio was serving I Sigma Capital (arm of Marubeni) and managing Concordia Venture Fund in the past. Waseda University MBA graduate.

  • Sono Kamei

    Sono was serving at one of the largest life insurance company in Japan and was handling global accounting consolidation, after graduating University.

  • Tatsuo Fukuda

    Tatsuo served as a secretary to several Congress men and co-managed Concordia venture Fund in the past. Waseda University MBA graduate.

Currently we only support selective venture companies introduced through our existing network of entrepreneurs. The venture team helps entrepreneurs to develop growing early stage businesses into substantial, profitable companies.

    KF&P is interested in both, equity investments in early stage companies as well as special situations in companies with a strong growth potential, in our target sectors.

    We do not engage in debt or mezzanine finance. If we take an equity stake, we expect the capital to be used for the expansion of the business.
